Shipping policy

Shipping:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and notifications will be emailed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders in progress will receive notifications via email. Shipping notifications will be emailed once the package has been picked up by USPS.

Damages:

Illuminated By Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Delivery:

Please contact your local USPS and file a claim. If you track your package and it shows that it was delivered, please contact your local USPS. Filing a claim with USPS is important, so that USPS can investigate the whereabouts of your package.
