At Illuminated By Design, all products are custom-made to order. Processing times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and seasonal demand.

We ship nationwide across the United States and also offer local pickup for customers in Southern California.

🛠️ Processing Time

All orders require a production period before shipping.

  • Standard processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Large or bulk orders: 7–14 business days
  • Custom corporate or event orders: timelines vary based on project scope

Processing time begins after payment is received and design approval (if applicable).

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • USPS / UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup is available for customers in:

Once your order is complete, you will receive pickup instructions via email or message.

Pickup times are by appointment only.

🎉 On-Site Event Orders

For live engraving and event services:

  • Delivery and setup details will be arranged directly with the client
  • Travel fees may apply depending on location (Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas)
  • Event timelines are confirmed at booking

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise arranged for special corporate orders.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday volume
  • Carrier disruptions

Once your package is in transit, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Check tracking information provided by the carrier
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Then contact us at info@illuminatedbydesign.com for assistance

We will assist in filing a claim when necessary.

Corporate and bulk orders may have extended processing and shipping timelines depending on order size.

Clients will receive a custom production and delivery timeline before work begins.
